Original bird houses

Original railroad spike design (copyright BG Dodson 2004)
All houses with railroad spikes open easily for cleaning -- simply pull the spike and the front slides off.
Each house is fully vented, has a minimum 6-inch nest depth and grooved "ladder" to insure birds will not get trapped inside.
These constructions are treated with linseed oil on the exterior to assist in water repelling and to bring out the beauty of the Western Red Cedar.
